Swagathi Sneha Sangam (SSS) is a community-based organization dedicated to uplifting marginalized women — especially female sex workers — by ensuring access to healthcare, education, legal literacy, social protection, and sustainable livelihoods.

Our Mission

We’ve Been Uplifting Women to Build Stronger, Dignified Communities

Swagathi Sneha Sangam (SSS) is a community-based organization working to empower marginalized women — especially female sex workers — through healthcare, livelihood, legal literacy, and social protection initiatives.
Our mission is to ensure that every woman has access to opportunity, equality, and a life of dignity, free from discrimination, stigma, and social exclusion.

đź©ş Health & Well-being

We organize regular health check-ups, HIV awareness sessions, and reproductive health education to promote preventive care and wellness. SSS also connects members to ART centers, government hospitals, and nutrition support programs to improve long-term health outcomes.

đź’Ľ Livelihood & Skill Development

We help women gain economic independence through tailoring, handicrafts, and entrepreneurship training. SSS also supports women with microfinance linkages and small-business mentoring, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods and self-reliance.

⚖️ Legal Literacy & Rights Awareness

We empower women to understand and exercise their rights through legal literacy workshops, counseling, and advocacy sessions. In partnership with the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) and other agencies, SSS provides guidance on domestic violence, protection laws, and access to justice.

Social Protection & Welfare Access

SSS assists members in obtaining identity documents, social welfare benefits, pensions, and government scheme enrollments. Our work ensures financial inclusion and social security, giving women and their families the foundation for a stable future.
